In the Val Gardena holiday region in the heart of the Dolomites, countless hiking trails at varying degrees of difficulty await you. Families and pleasure hikers usually choose to ascend via the Seceda lifts or Resciesa funicular, which are located in the immediate vicinity of our house, in order to enjoy the unique mountain world at leisure.
Experienced alpinists will be rewarded with unforgettable summits and breathtaking views over the diverse natural landscape of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

For those who prefer to explore the area on two wheels, the mountain bike paradise South Tyrol offers numerous mountain bike routes and fast downhill trails.
Even younger visitors won't be left out: there is a large playground with a climbing wall, surrounded by nature just a few minutes' walk from our house. The Emozion Col de Flam Adventure Park and high ropes course near the Seceda valley station is a great attraction for young and old.
Our guests also receive free admission to the public Mar Dolomit indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
