The reservation is only binding after receipt of a written confirmation and payment of a deposit.

Credit cards are not accepted.

Check-in: from 1:30 p.m.
Check-out: before 9:30 a.m.

Cancellation conditions
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees may be charged:
For cancellations up to 2 months before arrival 30% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
From 14 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance through the company “Europäische Reiseversicherung”, in order to avoid having to pay costs in the event of a cancellation.
