The two apartments, ‘Pravert’ and ‘Seceda’, are on the ground floor and have a garden where you can relax and enjoy the sun! - a living room decorated in Tyrolean style with satellite TV, dining area and sofa
- Ski storage room and covered parking space
- Washing machine can be used in the common room
- our large lawn ideal for sunbathing, with deck chairs, can be accessed via the living room door

The 75 m² Pravert apartment is located on the ground floor, offers space for 4 - 6 people and comes with:
- a spacious open-plan kitchen furnished with an cushioned lounge corner, sofa, satellite TV, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine
- 2 double bedrooms with desk (extra bed available on request)
- 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rail, under floor heating and towels
- Ski storage room and covered parking space
- Washing machine can be used in the common room
- our beautiful, quiet garden with deckchairs and barbecue area can be reached through the kitchen-lounge area
